Below, you'll find a breakdown of the fees associated with each of our carefully crafted packages. To ensure a smooth process, fees are due at the beginning of our services. We are committed to providing support and guidance every step of the way, helping you build the loving family you've always dreamed of.

Complete Adoption Journey

Preparing for Match Meetings

Navigating a potential match meeting with an expectant mother can evoke feelings of overwhelm and apprehension for adoptive parents. Our aim is to support clients in authentically and confidently representing themselves while being fully present in the moment with the expectant mother, fostering open communication and genuine connection.

Communication: Develop both verbal and non-verbal communication skills to effectively convey your thoughts and emotions.
Active Listening Skills: Hone your ability to actively listen, ensuring a meaningful exchange of thoughts and feelings with the expectant mother.
Question Etiquette: Understand the nuances of appropriate and inappropriate questions to ask an expectant mother, promoting a respectful and considerate dialogue.

Open Adoption Package

Self-Care During the Adoption Journey

Enduring the wait for an adoptive placement can be challenging. Our package offers clients a proactive way to navigate this period, engaging in self-care with the guidance of our team.

Self-Care Workbook: Access a comprehensive self-care journal designed to assist you during the waiting period.
Personalized Self-Care Plan: Work with our team to develop a tailored self-care plan, addressing your specific needs and challenges.
Counselor Sessions: Benefit from 1-2 sessions with our counselor to delve into self-care strategies and emotional well-being.
Consultations with Adoptive Parent Consultant: Engage in two personalized 1-on-1 meetings with our Adoptive Parent Consultant, offering additional support and insights.

Profile Book Preparation

$1,500

Crafting an exceptional profile book can feel like a daunting task. The challenge of selecting the right pictures and deciding what to include or exclude can be overwhelming. This package offers families a unique opportunity to collaborate with our expert team in developing both their physical profile book and online profile.

Profile Book Tips: Receive guidance on selecting the most impactful pictures and content for your profile book.
Team Review: Have your profile book professionally reviewed by our experienced team to ensure it resonates effectively.
Birth Mother Mentor Feedback: Following the completion of your profile book, engage in a valuable feedback session with two of our birth mother mentors. Benefit from their insights to enhance the appeal and authenticity of your profile.

Add-On Services

Ongoing Counseling: Additional counseling sessions are available at $150 per session.

Our Attendance at Hospital: We can be there to help navigate your wishes and to support your birth mother during the hospital experience. Travel Expenses will be covered by the adoptive family, as well as the fee of $125 per hour, for each Consultant you'd like in attendance.

Our Attendance at Your Match Meeting: Our presence can be used to help bridge connections between you and a birth mother. $125 per meeting if done virtually, travel expenses will be applied if you would like us there in person.

Profile Book Review from Multiple Birth Moms: Gain valuable insight and feedback from experienced Birth Mothers. $100 per review (this money goes directly to our contracted Birth Mothers)

Support For Your Birth Mother: Ensure your Birth Mother receives the support she needs during this emotional journey. $150 per session for counseling.

Support For Your Birth Mother from a Birth Mother Consultant: Amber is a certified Birth Mother Mentor, and is happy to meet with birth mothers to discuss their thoughts ,feelings, and the process. $75 per session.

Additional classes may be offered to our clients by our contractors at their cost - please check your emails when these classes arise.

Open Adoption Individual Classes

$350 each

Understanding Openness: Explore the different levels of openness and gain insights into what each entails. Process and examine which level you are most comfortable with and address any concerns or fears.

Fear Processing: Schedule a meeting with our counselor to address and process any fears you may have regarding openness in adoption.

Relationship Agreement Discussion: Engage in a thoughtful discussion about relationship agreements, ensuring alignment with your family's comfort and values. We will talk about frequency of contact, including in-person meetings, social media, pictures, letters, gifts, etc.

Birth Mother Consultation: Connect with our Birth Mother Consultant to facilitate meaningful conversations and understanding. Learn from a birth mother the impact of an open adoption vs. a closed adoption and discuss the ramifications of each on the child.

Setting Appropriate Boundaries: Learn how to establish and maintain boundaries that are respectful and considerate. Discuss boundaries in your child’s adoption story, along with boundaries set with birth mothers.

What’s in your suitcase: What are the life experiences, trauma, family norms that affect your views on openness? How might these experiences shape how you related to your baby’s birth mother? This class will prepare you to assess your history, identify obstacles to a healthy relationship with a birth mother, and maintain healthy and honorable relationships with your child’s birth family.

The Open-hearted adoption: We will talk about the difference between being open and open hearted. What does open-hearted mean in times of conflict? Is it possible to have an open-hearted adoption if the adoption is semi-open or closed? How does being open-hearted impact your child’s identity as an adoptee?

Profile Book Individual Classes

The Do’s and Don’ts of a profile book: Sometimes the pictures we think are best to show may sometimes be the absolute worst. While it’s important to show who you are, it is also important to not come across arrogant or unapproachable. Amber and Stephanie will work together to give you information to get started in the right direction as you begin the process of putting your profile together.

Profile Book Tips: Meet with a birth mother to select the most impactful pictures and content for your profile book. Amber has years of experience helping adoptive parents put their profiles together, incorporating their unique personalities and interests, and giving an honest picture of who you are. She will work with you and provide ideas and insight as long as it takes for you to get the perfect book.

Team Review: Have your profile book professionally reviewed by our experienced team to ensure it resonates effectively. Our team will each review your book and provide written feedback as well as meet with you virtually to go over our suggestions.

Birth Mother Mentor Feedback: Following the completion of your profile book, engage in a valuable feedback session with two of our birth mother mentors. Benefit from their insights to enhance the appeal and authenticity of your profile.

Preparing for Match Meetings Individual Classes

$350 each

Communication: Develop both verbal and non-verbal communication skills to effectively convey your thoughts and emotions. We will provide practice sessions between you and one of our staff to become comfortable in a stressful interview session.

Active Listening Skills: Hone your ability to actively listen, ensuring a meaningful exchange of thoughts and feelings with the expectant mother. Do you get nervous and interrupt? Do you tend to zone out if you are overwhelmed? We’ll help you with this!

Question Etiquette: Understand the nuances of appropriate and inappropriate questions to ask an expectant mother, promoting a respectful and considerate dialogue. We have a list of compiled questions you may be asked as well as questions that are appropriate and inappropriate for you to ask in your match meeting.

Authenticity: Learn strategies to stay true to yourselves during the match meeting, presenting an honest and genuine portrayal. Be prepared for hard questions so that when you are asked them, no problem! You’ve got this!

Self-Care During Adoption Individual Classes

$350 each

Self-Care Workbook: Access a comprehensive self-care journal designed to assist you during the waiting period. Stephanie is a certified self-care coach and has designed this helpful tool to assess your support system and determine what you need to do for yourself throughout your adoption journey.

Personalized Self-Care Plan: Work with Stephanie, a self-professed, impatient, control freak. She will help you tailor a self-care plan, addressing your specific needs and challenges. This class will go beyond taking a bath and drinking a glass of wine. Let’s make a self-care plan that will be useful throughout your adoption journey and in the rest of your life as well.

Counselor Sessions: Benefit from 1-4 sessions with our counselor to delve into self-care strategies and emotional well-being. Becky understands grief and loss and how those impact your emotional well-being in life and as you wait for your baby.

Consultations with Adoptive Parent Consultant: Engage in two personalized 1-on-1 meetings with our Adoptive Parent Consultant, offering additional support and insights.
